Meet the Author
Audrey Shrive is a West River, South Dakota, farm and ranch raised gal. Her parents instilled a strong work ethic, ability to problem solve, resourcefulness and self-reliance into the four children they raised. Audrey is a self-described over-achiever and control enthusiast.
Her strong faith in Jesus Christ her Lord and Savior has sustained Audrey throughout the many difficulties and challenges of living life. This Is From Me takes you through her personal journey.
As a Christian author and speaker, she is passionate about helping others find their own path through the journey of life.
More About Audrey:
Audrey is a graduate of Hot Springs High School. She began her collegiate career at Chadron State College in Chadron, Nebraska. She then transferred and ultimately graduated from the University of South Dakota with degrees in Mass Communication and English. Audrey was a non-profit professional in the early part of her career working for Junior Achievement, Youth for Christ, and the Boy Scouts of America (BSA). In 1998 Audrey was the first female scouting professional to be hired at the Pikes Peak Council, BSA in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Audrey made a career transition into the Insurance Industry in 2001. Working with a Fortune 200 company, Audrey has been blessed through the Lord’s provision and hard work to be a consistent top producer in her market. She even has a smattering of national awards under her belt. Audrey and her husband, Steve, work together in their insurance business. They live and work in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Audrey and Steve are active in their church and host a weekly Bible study in their home. They enjoy the Siberian Husky dogs they raise and are both avid football fans, although, they don’t agree on teams at all.
Hobbies (aside from Vlogging) include gardening, canning, reading, and writing. She also plays the alto saxophone in a community band.
